Most of Herriman's homes are new by Utah standards: the typical home was built in 2013, and more than half went up between 2010 and 2019. A lift usually goes on the main staircase up to the bedrooms, with a lift on each flight if that staircase has a landing, and a basement flight can take a lift of its own.
